Full Party Package
Additional children are £8.50 each, up to a maximum of 30 children.
Your package includes:
- Two hours’ exclusive use of Little Rascals
- Children’s buffet food
- Unlimited squash
- A party host to organise your celebration
- Cake ceremony
- Party bag and balloon for every child
- Birthday selfie frame
- Party invitations
- Set-up, food service and clearing away handled by our team

Your venue hire includes:
- Two hours’ exclusive use of Little Rascals
- Freedom to bring your own pre-prepared food and drinks
- Freedom to bring your own party bags and suitable decorations
- A member of staff present for health and safety
- Access to purchase items from our café
You will be responsible for setting up, serving your food and completely clearing away before leaving.
Food must arrive pre-cooked. Cooking or food-heating equipment cannot be brought into the venue.
Squash and other drinks are not included with private venue hire. You may bring your own or purchase drinks from our café.

Booking & Payment
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the party.
If you need to move your booking, you must give us at least four weeks’ notice. Any change of date is subject to availability.
We will contact you approximately one week before the party to confirm the final number of children attending.
Important Party Information
- The maximum party capacity is 30 children.
- Siblings attending the party are included within the total number of children.
- Children must remain supervised by a suitable number of responsible adults.
- We recommend inviting no more than 20 children because adult seating is limited.
- Private-hire customers have 15 minutes before and after the booked party time to set up and clear away.
- A £30 clean-down charge applies if private-hire customers do not leave the venue clean and tidy.
- Please tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when confirming final numbers.
- Piñatas, party poppers, silly string and confetti cannons are not permitted.
- Outside entertainers must provide evidence of suitable public liability insurance before the party.
Add Face Painting to Your Party
Make your celebration even more colourful by adding in-party face painting to your Little Rascals party.
Face painting is an optional party extra and should be booked alongside your Clubhouse Party.

- Little Rascals offers a Full Party Package and Private Venue Hire.
- The maximum capacity is 30 children for either package.
- Each booking provides two hours’ exclusive use of the venue.
- All children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults and must be supervised.
- All guests must follow the Little Rascals Rules of Play and staff instructions.
- A £50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the party.
- A minimum of four weeks’ notice is required to request a change of date. Changes are subject to availability.
- Final numbers must be confirmed when contacted approximately one week before the party.
- Additional children on the Full Party Package are charged at £8.50 each.
- Children attending as siblings count towards the maximum party capacity.
- Private Venue Hire customers have 15 minutes before and after their party to set up and clear away.
- Private-hire customers must leave the venue clean and tidy. A £30 clean-down charge will apply if additional cleaning is required.
- Private-hire food must arrive pre-prepared. Cooking and food-heating equipment are not permitted.
- Squash is not included with Private Venue Hire. Customers may bring drinks or purchase them from the café.
- Birthday cakes and candles are not supplied.
- Allergies and dietary requirements must be declared when final numbers are confirmed. Allergens are handled within our kitchen.
- Party bags, invitations and their contents may vary depending on availability.
- Securely attached balloons and suitable banners are permitted. Please ask staff before attaching decorations.
- Piñatas, party poppers, silly string and confetti cannons are not permitted.
- Outside entertainers must provide evidence of suitable public liability insurance before the party date.
- Dangerous, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in guests being asked to leave.
