Terms & Conditions - Little Rascals - indoor soft play centre Shrewsbury

We want all children to have a fun and great experience at Little Rascals. We have some terms & conditions that not only protect us, but more important protect you and your children. Please familiarise yourself with the following terms & conditions.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Little Rascals do not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
Only children who are under 4’10” or 148cm in height may play. Children over this height may play at the discretion of the supervising staff.
Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
Leave badges and jewellery with a responsible adult. Spectacles should only be worn if used with a retainer and shatter proof lenses.
Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times. In case of a problem, contact reception or a member of staff.
Age restrictions vary dependant on the play zone that visitors are using. These are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all children
Play is restricted to 2 hours during peak times
We recommend to parents that children wear long sleeves and trousers. Clothes should be tucked in at all times.
Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
Please do not play in front of slide exits.
No sharp objects may be taken into the play area.
It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure.
No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.
It is forbidden to smoke or play with fire within the play centre.
Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
Balls or other objects should not be thrown at each other.
Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well being of the child in their care and must maintain supervision at all times.
In the interest of Health and Safety, please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillages to a member of staff.
Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of on-going safety audits.
All damages to Little Rascals property either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff.
Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. should be conducted in the baby changing room. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.
For Health and Safety reasons, only food purchased at Little Rascals may be consumed on the premises.
Report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff. Don’t attempt to intervene yourself.
The Little Rascals team supervise the play equipment and help maximise your children’s enjoyment from the play experience they are not however a replacement for parental supervision. Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, The Fun Factor cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment!

Little Rascals Party – Terms & Conditions
1. All parties are strictly 2 hours.
2. Minimum £50 deposit on party booking (non refundable).
3. Final balance must be paid on the day of the party.
4. Minimum of 10 children for a Little Rascals Party
5. We must receive final numbers at least 7 days before your party.
6. Cancellation policy – All parties are non refundable.
7. Please refer to the party guidelines attached in your party confirmation email.

We provide two packages at this site, our full party package or our private hire package.

We recommend no more than 30 kids to be invited to either event as this is a smaller venue.
Each package is exclusive use for 2 hrs only.
There is 15mins allowed either side of the booked time to allow you to set up and clean down for the private hire option.
Children must be supervised at all times.
We advise when inviting over 20 children that this reduces the seating allowed for adults.

The Private hire is Use of the building and facilities only, 1 x staff member there for Health and safety and to serve at the bar. This is a self catering option, you are required to set up and clean down after your hire. IF YOU DO NOT CLEAN DOWN YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A £30 FINE!

Full party includes a balloon and party bag for each child aswell as a cold buffet with a delicious selection of food. There will be Two members of staff to manage your party.

These standard terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided to you or to which you are referred at the time of entering the competition.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.
The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Little Rascals/Wootton Edwards Ltd relating to any post-winning publicity.
Unless stated otherwise all postal entries must be made on the relevant coupon or form printed.
Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.
Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

3. Rascals Reward Card

Rascals Reward Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
A Rascals Thumbs Up stamp can be earned per paying customer per day.
Once the Rascals Reward Card has been used, Little Rascals will dispose of the card & a new card can be requested.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Rascals Reward Card without any communication.
We reserve the right to cancel the customer use of the Rascals Reward Card at any time.
Rascals Reward Card may not be sold, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms, without Little Rascals written permission.
Rascals Reward Card free entry reward entitles you to 1 single child free admission into Little Rascals.
Rascals Reward Card free main entitles you to 1 free adult or child main meal from our Ramm’s Kitchen menu.
Rascals Reward Card free tea or coffee entitles you to a free tea or coffee from our Ramm’s Kitchen menu.
Little Rascals does not warrant or represent that your Rascals Reward Card will always be accepted at Little Rascals. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of our coffee machines, Little Rascals may not be able to provide you with coffee during such a system failure.
