Little Rascals Party Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully.

  • We provide two packages at this site, our full party package or our private hire package.
  • We recommend no more than 30 kids to be invited to either event as this is a smaller venue.
  • Each package is exclusive use for 2 hrs only.
  • There is 15mins allowed either side of the booked time to allow you to set up and clean down (for the private hire option)
  • We do not allow you to bring in cooking equipment, if you would like to provide hot food you must bring it in pre-cooked.
  • Children must be supervised at all times by a suitable number of adults.
  • We advise when inviting over 20 children that this reduces the seating allowed for adults.
  • Deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
  • We will call you approx. a week before your party to get FINAL numbers, this is the number we will cater for. This number can not be reduced after this date, however we may be able to increase, please contact the branch for more info if unsure.
  • The full party Buffett consists of a selection of different sandwiches, crisps, sausage rolls, mini muffins, cocktails sausages, cheese twists, biscuits, a veg platter and fruit bowls ,and unlimited jugs of juice.
  • Party bags will usually consist of sweets, bubbles, a free play pass , note book and crayons but this may vary depending of stockist availability.
  • The Private hire is Use of the building and facilities only, 1 x staff member there for Health and safety and to serve at the bar. This is a self-catering option; you are required to set up and clean down after your hire.
  • Please note – IF YOU DO NOT CLEAN DOWN AFTER YOUR PRIVATE HIRE, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A £30 FINE.
  • Full party includes a balloon and party bag for each child as well as a cold buffet with a delicious selection of food.  There will be Two members of staff to manage your party.
  • Cake and candles not Provided.
  • We do not allow the use of Piñatas, party poppers, silly string or confetti cannons.
  • You may bring balloons and banners, please ask a member of staff were you can put these up as not to damage the walls.
  • Invites for Full parties will be sent to you via email with your booking confirmation.
  • Outsourced entertainers welcome but must provide a copy of Liability insurance before the party date.
