Wow, what a crazy, exciting and fun packed couple of weeks it’s been here at Little Rascals!
As a team we had no idea what to expect when we opened our doors officially on Sunday 29th November, we had a nervous yet excited group of staff who were desperate to give all of our customers a great all round experience and make their first impressions of our facility and the Little Rascals family a positive one that would make you all want to return time and time again!
Consistently throughout the week we have been very busy, and the feedback we have had on social media, feedback forms and in general one on one conversation with our customers young and old has been amazing. We are very encouraged with the comments we have received, from our fresh to order meals, cleanliness, sensory room, play structure and our friendly staff!
With us being completely new to this field of business, we knew we would have teething problems and the feedback we have received on how we could improve has been welcomed and very informative. It is imperative moving forward, that every area we can improve on we must do our utmost to do so. So please if there is anything you believe we could do better, no matter how big or small, please let us know and we promise to do our best to implement the necessary changes!
If anyone would of told Ben or me a year ago when we first threw around the idea of opening an indoor soft play centre in Shrewsbury that I would be sat here writing my first blog feeling so proud of what we have created I would have had to pinch myself.
We have so many people to thank who helped us get Little Rascals to be in a position to open our doors. We are also immensely proud of our staff. They are adopting our philosophy and they have worked very hard this week. In testing circumstances at times and in a completely new field of work to some of them they should be proud of what they have achieved.
Most importantly a huge thank you to everyone that has visited these few weeks, we really are overwhelmed by the positive feedback and its amazing to see children of Shrewsbury, Shropshire and even further afield here at Little Rascals having lots of fun with huge smiles on their faces.
We, as a team are very committed to provide the best possible facility for all of our customers to enjoy. It may be new to us but we want to be here for a long time and be a place that Shrewsbury can be proud of!
